Oh, hey Finesser! Back again for some tips, I see :) Taking care of your hair extensions is essential for keeping them for 2+ years. With that being said, here are some tips for properly caring for your Curly extensions.

First, wet the hair and apply a moisturizing conditioner to the hair. Next, use a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb to begin detangling. When detangling and brushing, start from the bottom of the hair (the furthest away from the track/root) and move upward! When you are Conditioning the hair, there is no need to massage it, but brushing and detangling while wet is critical! Now, leave the conditioner to sit in the hair for no less than 15 minutes. After you let the hair sit in the conditioner for a bit, rinse the hair thoroughly; you don't want any leftover conditioner drying on the hair.

Lastly, let your extensions dry. Air drying is preferred but using a blow dryer is also okay [ Use a diffuser, you won't regret it! ;) ]

Optional:
If you want to really enhance your curls, scrunch the hair gently. If you're going for more of a tamed look, apply an anti-frizz alcohol-free hair serum (a dime size ill do)

Side Notes:
Don't use much oil-based products on the curly hair; it tends to matte the extensions.

Co-Wash at least 2 or 3 times a week. (Co-Washing is washing your hair with conditioner only!)
